A derogatory slang word used to describe a young woman who is perceived to have self esteem issues, and compensates for them by deliberately pursuing male attention on social media, usually by promoting her value as an object of sexual desire, posing suggestively and drawing attention to her most commonly sexualised attributes.

This description also applies outside of a social media context. Often the word is just used by frustrated young men to describe sexually active women who won't sleep with them.
