 Rather than pressing a button to activate the battery, an automatic battery starts working simply by taking a draw (inhaling). An example of this type of battery would be the 510 Automatic battery.

 The battery is what provides power to the atomizer when the user inhales on the mouthpiece. Manual batteries are  activated by pressing a button, automatic batteries are activated by simply inhaling on the e-cigarette.

 This is a combination of the cartridge and atomizer. When you use a cartomizer, it saves on having to buy a separate atomizer and cartridge: this item contains both.  

 The cartridge is the mouth piece made of plastic and is where the e-liquid is stored. The cartridge is filled with e-liquid (either pre-filled or filled from a bottle by the user) and then attached to the atomizer. The cartridge is inhaled on to release the vapour from the e-liquid.
